Position Overview

The Office Administrator plays a critical role in keeping our operations organized, efficient, and customer-focused. This position is the communication hub between customers, field technicians, and leadership.

You will help ensure appointments are scheduled accurately, customers feel informed and supported, and our internal systems run smoothly.

This is more than a desk job — it’s a leadership track position within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule radon testing and mitigation appointments
  • Coordinate technician schedules and routing
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Maintain customer records and job documentation
  • Follow up with customers after service completion
  • Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts
  • Support leadership with reporting and administrative tasks

We are seeking someone who is:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional and friendly on the phone
  • Comfortable using scheduling software and office systems
  • Strong in written and verbal communication
  • Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Customer-service driven

Experience in office administration, customer service, dispatching, or scheduling is preferred — but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a growth mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling systems)
  • Ability to work during business hours

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Administrative experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, or home services
  • QuickBooks or similar invoicing software
  • CRM or dispatching software experience
